User Group

It is recommended to create a separate user group in Erply to restrict access to non-essential information, and prevent accidental data changes. Alternatively you can use any existing group with required permissions (admin group has all permissions by default). 

Below is a list  of settings this user group needs:

User Name and Credentials

Create a new user and assign it to the previously confgured group.

We recommend checking the API integration box which allows you to use non-email username.

Make sure to select access to all locations.
